Pet of the Week
Hello, I'm Myka!
I was brought to the shelter July 2, 2020 by the Corps of Engineers. They picked me up at Cove Creek Park. I was probably someone's pet who got scared during the 4th of July festivities and ran off. I was already neutered and well mannered. I am heart worm positive but I can be adopted and brought back for treatment from the Humane Society. I am currently on the slow kill method of heart worm monthly. I weigh about fifty pounds. I am good with other dogs and love people. I have not been tested with cats. I am playful and friendly. My personality is sweet and full of life. I
I need a forever home where I can run and play and then be cuddled!
My adoption fee is $100 and this includes my shots, worming and sterilization! It also includes micro chipping, ($15 if you want the shelter to register it online for you).
If you would like to adopt me please go to the Adoptions tab and fill out an application. Once approved you can make an appointment to come and meet me and hopefully take me home!
I am looking forward being loved by my humans. I will make a loyal companion and bring lots of joy to my new owners.
